These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements made via the website treebalance.be for the purchase of online courses or services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Offer and Prices

All prices on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to typographical errors or changes. I reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

Order and Payment

An agreement is established as soon as you place an order and the payment is successfully processed. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by email with access information for the course or service.

Delivery of Online Courses

After payment, you will gain immediate access to the course via a unique link or account. It is not permitted to copy, share, or distribute the course content without my explicit permission. 

Access to the course is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Right of Withdrawal

Since these are digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the online course has been granted. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept the immediate loss of the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation and Refund

Refunds will only be granted in case of an error on my part, such as incorrect delivery of a course. 

No refunds will be issued for courses that have already started or been completed.

Liability

I am not liable for any damage resulting from the use of my online courses or services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the course.

Intellectual Property

All content of the online courses, including texts, videos, images, and other materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without my permission.

Changes to the Terms

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be published on my website and will apply to all new agreements.
