1.Who are mindfulness & meditation sessions for?
Mindfulness and meditation are suitable for everyone: children, adults and companies/entrepreneurs. During the sessions, I guide you in training attention and awareness, helping you develop more calm, mental clarity and emotional resilience. You learn to relate more consciously to stress, stimuli and emotions, and to remain present even when life is busy. Prefer working in a group or learning at your own pace? Explore the workshops or book a 1-on-1 session.
2.What can you expect from a mindfulness & meditation session?
You can book a single mindfulness and meditation session without committing to a fixed program. A session lasts 1 hour and is tailored to your needs and experience. During the session, I guide you step by step through attention and meditation exercises that support greater calm, clarity and emotional balance. There is no obligation to follow a longer program after the session, we can explore together which form of further guidance best suits your needs.
3. Cancellation or rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Payment
Payment is made after each session. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged. Payment is possible in cash (preferably exact amount) or via the Bancontact app. Mindfulness & meditation sessions are not covered by health insurance and are not reimbursed by the mutualities.
