Living with purpose and meaning
Losing my father at a young age changed my outlook on life forever. It made me realize how fragile life is—and that I never want to regret the things I didn’t try. After 17 years in the corporate world and 7 years in higher education, I made a conscious decision to focus on what truly matters to me: well-being, personal growth, and meaningful choices for myself and our planet. That’s why I now combine my work as a lecturer with my passion for breath coaching and plant-based nutrition.
I’ve always had a deep interest in healthy eating and cooking with natural ingredients. Over the years, this passion has only grown stronger. By retraining myself as a certified breath coach and plant-based professional, I discovered how small, intentional steps not only improve your health but also bring you closer to yourself. I now offer breath coaching and plant-based cooking workshops to help others regain resilience, balance, and energy.
What drives me is the belief that everyone has the power to create a life aligned with who they truly are. Sometimes that takes courage, deep introspection, and lots of digging—but those steps are exactly what lead to a life full of meaning and fulfillment.
My experience
I’ve trained in breathwork (TT Breathwork® Instructor, Oxygen Advantage® Instructor and Pranayama), plant-based nutrition (Professional Plant-Based & Vegan Desserts – Rouxbe®), and coaching (Betterminds Academy). I use this knowledge to offer practical tools, techniques, and insights that truly help you take action.
