About me
Living with purpose and meaning
Losing my father at a young age changed my outlook on life forever. It made me realize how fragile life is—and that I never want to regret the things I didn’t try. After 17 years in the corporate world and 7 years in higher education, I made a conscious decision to focus on what truly matters to me: well-being, personal growth, and meaningful choices for myself and our planet. That’s why I now combine my work as a lecturer with my passion for breath coaching and plant-based nutrition.
I have always had a deep interest in health, conscious living and natural ways to experience more energy and balance. Step by step, that search brought me closer to breathwork, mindfulness and body awareness. By retraining as a certified breath instructor, I discovered how powerful simple, conscious techniques can be. Your breath is always with you. It tells you a lot about how you are doing, but it can also help you reduce stress, calm your body and feel more confidence again.
What drives me is the belief that everyone has the power to create a life that is more aligned with who they truly are. Sometimes that takes courage. Sometimes it asks you to slow down. And sometimes it begins with learning to listen to your body again.
It is exactly those small, conscious steps that bring you closer to a life with more calm, energy and meaning.

My training in plant-based nutrition is part of my broader interest in conscious and healthy living, but my current guidance focuses on breathwork, mindfulness and stress regulation.
I use this knowledge to offer practical exercises, techniques and insights that help you build more calm, resilience and confidence in your daily life.
