These programs explore breathing from three key angles: biomechanical, biochemical, and psychological, creating a profound yet practical impact.

1. For whom is a breath coaching session intended?
Breath coaching is for everyone: children, adults, and companies/entrepreneurs.
During the sessions, I help you develop a better breathing pattern so you can gain more energy, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus to stand stronger and more resilient in life. Prefer to work in a group or learn at your own pace? Then check out our workshops and online courses.
2.What can you expect?
You can book a single session without committing to a full program. A breath coaching session lasts 1 hour and costs €70 per session. During the session, I guide you step by step towards conscious breathing. This helps you find more calm, energy, and balance.
3. Comfortable clothing is important
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. This way, you can fully participate in the session.
4.Before the session: avoid heavy meals
Eat a light meal at most before the session. A full stomach can affect your breathing and comfort.
5. After the session: drink enough fluids
Drink plenty of water or tea after the session. This helps hydrate your body and supports the recovery process.
6.When is a breath session not suitable for you?
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, a history of heart attacks, high blood pressure, a recent operation, psychosis, a serious mental illness, epilepsy, or a family history of aneurysms, it is best to consult your doctor before making an appointment.
7. Cancellations or rescheduling
Want to reschedule or cancel your appointment? Please notify at least 24 hours in advance.
8.Payment
Payment is made after each consultation. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged. Payment can be made in cash (preferably exact amount) or via the Bancontact app. Breathwork is not covered by health insurance and is not reimbursed by mutual health funds.
